After completing her studies, she embarked on a dynamic career in business development and management portfolio, with garment manufacturing company Jyoti Apparels Designed Product and Vishesh Overseas/ Sawhney Global. A major turning point in year 2008 and joined Indian Corporate World Orion Secure Facility Management and Security Services Company one of the largest workforce company in India today.
As per my portfolio and Business Head was able to increase the revenue to two folds for the Sawhney Global from 24 Cr (34,27,00.00 USD) to 48 Cr (68.57.142.00 USD) with constant growth with stability and keeping the Margins at 12-15 % Net having a strong team and limited resources who are highly motivated.
While joining Orion Secure Solutions in Year 2008, it was 24 Cr (34,27,000 USD) per annum. Company grew a whopping revenue by Oct 2018 – 750 INC Cr (10,800,000 USD) out which my contribution to the revenue was 350 INR Cr (5,040,00 USD)
We built TEMC from the ground up in Oct 2018, seeing a potential in the market for Management Consulting Services available to local small to medium enterprises (SMEs). In India, most small businesses are not even aware of the fact that there exist professional management experts who can help solve their problems. They continue to operate inefficiently, not seeing any different ways to run their businesses, keep the cost optimal and getting maximum benefit out of the same and with high level of delivery and quick closures.
This will not only give the companies to grow faster on Sales Target but also ensure that the Right Client and Right Target are met year on year keeping all resources at the minimum. TEMC will also help in grooming and training client resources to delivery these projects to have a sustainable and optimal operational cost.
The Company TEMC began serving in Oct 2018 responded with much enthusiasm. Since then, its clientele has enlarged to include the wide range of clients it does nowadays.
